For complimentary consults, I ask for a 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Since it is complimentary there is no cost associated— I just ask that you be mindful of the time I set aside for our session.

For program sessions or one-time consult sessions, I ask for a 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If this notice isn’t provided for a one-time consult [or you don’t show] it will result in the card on file being charged the full amount. If less than 24 hours notice isn’t provided for a program consult, it will result in a $50 fee.

This all depends on your unique bio-individualization. Typically, for every year of illness a month of healing is expected. It truly comes down to the level of imbalance and toxicity present in the body. Mindset is key here as well. The healing journey is not linear— patience, dedication, discipline, and support will help you navigate this efficiently.
